Flex Board
The Folded Flex Board Profile is a precision-engineered prefabricated drywall component that brings a new level of feasibility to organic architectural design. The spacing of the rear cuts can be laid out to follow almost any radius, and eliminates the need to use multiple layers of 1/4″ drywall to achieve a similar look. Two pieces can also be assembled together with internal drywall ribbing as a single unitary piece that completely eliminates the need for curved framing.

INSTALLATION
- Install on steel or wood framing, spaced appropriately for the required radius
- If manufactured into a fully finished curve with internal ribbing, verify that steel track runs into either side at minimum 1.5″, and place a stud at either side to join the curve to the rest of the wall assembly
- Secure using drywall screws
- Tape and finish the edges per GA-214 Level 4 guidelines
